Tracking and common delays
Following a Referral in Your GZone PH Account
Once the invited person has registered correctly, the referral may appear in the member area with a status such as pending, qualified, approved, or credited. The wording used by GZone PH can vary by campaign, but the purpose is the same: to show where the invitation sits in the review process.
A pending status does not necessarily mean something is wrong. Your friend may still need to verify their GZone PH account, complete qualifying activity, or wait for a routine review. Transactions made through GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, or a Visa or Mastercard bank card must belong to the account holder.
A referral might not track if the friend did not use the correct invitation process, already had a GZone PH account, entered inconsistent information, missed the campaign deadline, or completed activity that was not eligible. Browser settings or changing devices during registration can also affect attribution in some systems.
If the status remains unchanged beyond the period stated in the offer, gather the relevant non-sensitive details before contacting GZone PH support. Useful information includes the approximate registration time and the referral status shown in the account. Never send a password, one-time code, full bank-card number, or wallet PIN.
